In May, we proudly took part in Mental Health Awareness Week, recognising the importance of wellbeing in the workplace and creating space for open conversations around mental health.

Throughout the week, we organised a range of activities designed to support, educate and uplift our team.

Staff enjoyed a booster breakfast to start the week on a positive note, followed by a menopause awareness talk from Amanda at McEvoy Training Solutions, helping to raise understanding and provide support for those experiencing or affected by menopause. We also offered a calming meditation session, encouraging mindfulness and stress relief, along with an informative presentation from Anytime Fitness, focusing on the benefits of physical health and its connection to mental wellbeing.

To round off the week, attendees received a wellbeing goody box, filled with thoughtful items to promote self-care and relaxation.

Mental Health Awareness Week was a meaningful and engaging initiative for our team, reinforcing our commitment to creating a supportive and healthy work environment where wellbeing is valued year-round.
